The documentary is the portrait of the young Navajo Malcom Benally.
Born and raised on a reservation in northern Arizona, Malcom studied English and Navajo at the University in Flagstaff.
As so many of his generation, he is a go-between of two cultures, torn between the tradition of his upbringing and the offerings of the modern white society.
